Oregan Floral Honey is produced organically by honey bees and derived from the nectar of wild flowers in the natural and clean environment of New Zealand. Flora honey gets its natural sweetness from the monosaccharide fructose and glucose and has approximately the same relative sweetness as that of granulated sugar. Floral honey has attractive chemical properties for baking, and a distinctive flavor which leads some people to prefer it over sugar and other sweeteners.
Honey contains a number of acids making the average pH of honey 3.9 with a typical range of 3.4 - 6.1.
Amino acids: 0.05% - 0.1%; Proline is the most abundant amino acid found in honey.
Organic acids: 0.17% - 1.17%; the major organic acid found in honey is gluconic acid and others are acetic, buytric, lactic, citric, formic, gluconic, lactic, malic, pyroglutamic and succinic.
Honey consists of water and sugar and trace elements. Honey gives 319 kcal per 100 gm.
Natural Honey contains glucose 25- 37%, fructose 34- 43% and sucrose 0.5- 3%.

Directions for use:
Take 1-2 teaspoon before meals, 2-3 times per day. For better effect dissolve honey in the mouth. People who have allergic reactions should seek medical advice before consuming.
